CHUNKY / Baby Tex Mex™

Baby Tex Mex is a full flavor, south of the border taste experience. By combining black beans with brown rice, we’ve created a high-quality protein dish rich in B-complex vitamins, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc and soluble fiber. All are essential nutrients for sustaining "on the go" toddlers and a healthy body-building protein option for vegetarian children. The brightly colored chunks of perfectly cooked organic vegetables provide a good source of the protective antioxidant beta-carotene, as well as Vitamin C and E. Our chunkiest dish yet offers older babies and toddlers alike an opportunity to give their chewing muscles a little exercise.
This dish is terrific as a full meal or can be used as a side dish or delicious dip. Wrap it in a tortilla, melt some cheese over the top and enjoy a super nutritious on the go meal for the entire family.
Baby Tex Mex is most delicious when served warm. Remove the over cap and the Fresh Chill™ seal. Then warm for 30 seconds on medium (50%) power. Microwaves may vary, so test the temperature before feeding your baby. You may also float the cup in warm water to heat - but keep the seal on to prevent the water from getting into the food.
